New Kemppi products at EuroBLECH fair

Finland’s esteemed welding-solutions company Kemppi Oy will present the future of the welding industry to guests at the EuroBLECH fair, being held in Hanover, Germany, on 23–27 October. At the fair, the company will focus on the marriage of productivity and quality for diverse applications.

Kemppi’s flagship product for welding quality management is the new 2.0 version of the Kemppi Arc System and its ArcQuality module. The emphasis here lies in complete monitoring solutions that are tools for high efficiency and perfect welds. Kemppi ArcQuality – the market’s most advanced welding quality management system

ArcQuality is the world’s first welding quality management system to offer an easy and comprehensive way of ensuring that the Welding Procedure Specification is adhered to in all welding and that the welders’ qualifications meet requirements throughout the project.

The system breaks ground also in enabling the user to anticipate the equipment’s servicing needs. In addition, the smart scanning device can collect quality-related documentation, for traceability of every individual weld.

MagTrac F 61 – a welding carriage for higher productivity and quality

Kemppi’s new MagTrac F 61 welding carriage makes the welder’s work faster and easier. It is a cost effective and efficient way of increasing welding productivity in large and small metal fabrication workshops alike. This welding carriage combines ease of use, accessibility, quality, and efficiency in a completely new way.

Ease of use was the core idea behind the development of the MagTrac F 61 carriage, which has been designed as a basic tool for workshops, especially for horizontal fillet welding. Welding parameters are transmitted between the carriage and welding equipment via the control cable, which is integrated into the welding gun cable.

The carriage gets its operating power through the same cable, so only one cable is needed between the wire feeder and carriage. The fact that separate transformer and control cables are not needed makes for a safe work area and promotes efficiency.

Kempact RA – new standards in the compact MIG/MAG class
